　 Conference room is available only when the room is not occupied by other customer.
13.In case of full booking, the monthly free usage hours cannot be clarried forward to
     next month.

14.Payment: Deposit (2 Months) & Advance (1 Month)& Deposit of electricityHK$1,000, electricity HK $ 1.6 / degrees.
15.Office furniture rental office there, a set including (tables, chairs, filing cabinets) Monthly Fee $ 150, deposit $ 1000.
